Believe it or not, there are Easy Ways To Get Great Abs. But first we have to get the poison out of your head about what you have heard and read. 4. Expensive "fat burner" pills and ALL the other bogus supplements DO NOT WORK!! They all recommend you exercise for better results.

5. Ab belts, ab-rockers, ab-loungers, and other infomercial ab-gimmicks are a waste of time and money. The model in that infomercial didn't create that body with that "ab contraption"!!
